PreTaxed is a tax planning tool for equity compensation. It estimates the tax consequences of moves you are considering. Not tax advice. Estimates only. Consult a qualified CPA or tax advisor before acting. You are responsible for your own tax filings and decisions.

You sign in with an email magic link; there is no password. Keep access to your email account secure, because anyone who can read your email can sign in as you. You must provide a real email address you control.

The free tier shows tax and AMT consequences at no charge. The 2026 Plan is a one-time purchase of $99. It does not renew automatically. It covers recommendations, saved plans, and CPA export for moves you make through December 31, 2027. Recommendations for 2027 moves open once the 2027 tax tables are in the app. After each year ends, that year's plan is archived and your saved results remain available. Tax years after 2027 are separate purchases and may be priced differently.

30-day refund. No reason needed. Refunds are honored for 30 days from purchase and end the plan's paid access. Request a refund.

Your tax and financial data lives in your browser's local storage, not on our servers. That is a deliberate design, and it means you are the only one holding it: clearing your browser data deletes it, and we cannot recover it for you. The app's Settings page can download a backup; keeping backups is your responsibility. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

Use PreTaxed only for lawful purposes and your own (or your household's) tax planning. Do not attempt to breach the service's security, resell access, or circumvent paid features.

PreTaxed is provided as is. We work hard on accuracy, and our calculation engine is checked against one real filed 2025 federal return, using selected form-line results from private taxpayer-provided filing records rather than published examples, but tax outcomes depend on facts we cannot see and rules that change. We do not warrant that results are error-free, and estimates are not a promise of your actual tax outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including tax penalties, interest, or missed elections.

We may update these terms; material changes will be noted on this page with a new date. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You can stop using PreTaxed at any time, and the refund window above applies to recent purchases.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA.
